Dikici Law Office is a law firm located in Istanbul.

Dikici Law Office was established with the aim of providing legal services focused on commercial and financial law, with an emphasis on aviation law, particularly the sale and leasing of aircraft, their financing and securitization.

Since its establishment, Dikici Law Office has played a pre-eminent role in Turkey in the representation of aircraft manufacturers, owners, export credit agencies, banks and financiers. Our experienced and highly reputable team is skilled in overcoming challenges efficiently.

We advise many of the world's largest companies, private and institutional investors, manufacturers, financiers, insurers, government agencies, private equity funds and investment banks across the full spectrum of corporate transactions. We counsel numerous clients including large multinational banking and finance institutions,  numerous private equity funds and aircraft manufacturers as well as owners and lessors in and around the region.
